Frequently asked questions
Why is no text found? If the PDF is a scanned image, it has no selectable text — you’d need OCR, which we don’t run yet.
Does it keep formatting? It preserves line breaks page by page, but not complex layouts, tables or styling.
Need the text as a Word file? Use PDF to Word to get an editable .docx instead.
Is it private? Yes — the text is extracted entirely in your browser; nothing is uploaded or stored.
