Extracting pages builds a brand-new PDF from just the pages you choose — in any order you like. It’s more flexible than splitting a single range: you can cherry-pick pages 1, 3 and 5–7 from a long document, or even reorder them on the way out. That makes it ideal for assembling a custom hand-out, pulling the signed pages out of a contract, or reordering a scanned document.
How to extract pages, step by step
